Basic 28-day programme

This package is designed to give our clients the basics to start to rebuild and develop the skills required to start to manage their own lives back at home. It includes:

Flights and airport transfers
Accommodation half board
1x daily exercise session or another activity 5 days out of 7
1x life coaching session a week
Full use of the gym, spa facilities and pool
1x R N R excursion a week
R N R representatives on site and available for the first 14 days

Upgraded 28-day programme

This package is similar to our basic package but has the additional benefit of helping our clients develop a consistent routine. It includes:

Flights and airport transfers
Accommodation full board
2x activities per day 5 days out of 7
2x R N R excursions a week on days off
1x life coaching session a week
Full use of gym, spa facilities and pool
R N R representative on site and available for the entire 28 days

35-day programme

This package is designed for clients that need a more personal touch to their rebuilding program. It will provide support and help to give the client a routine and make their final steps of recovery more comfortable so that they can give the all they need to rebuild themselves and return to a better life back at home. It includes:

Client picked up and accompanied on flight to final destination
Flights and airport transfers
Accommodation full board
Full assessment done by R N R on arrival
Nutrition plan and daily exercise program put in place
Daily routine drawn up with the client’s input
2x activities a day 5 days out of 7
1x life coaching session a week
2x accompanied excursions a week
Full use of gym, spa facilities and pool
1x wellness treatment (max 90 mins) a day for 5 days out of 7
R N R representative on site and available to mentor and accompany client on excursions and at meal times
